Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We know how important it is to receive your order quickly after placing your order. Our goal is to get your order processed and out the door by end of the next business day after placing your order. Once you receive your shipping
confirmation email, you may track your order through the provided tracking number.

All orders by default will receive standard USPS group shipping (5-8 business days). All US orders over $49 will receive free USPS ground shipping. We offer expedited shipping (2 business days) for a $15 shipping fee. Please allow for 48 business hours for order processing. We do not promise 2-day shipping for P.O. boxes. P.O. will not be shipped expedited, if you select expedited shipping with a P.O. box you will be charged for this, but your package will be shipped standard shipping.

Edge has partnered with Route shipping protection that allows you to file a claim for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. *Edge is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages that opt out of Route*

We accept returns for 30 days from the original purchase date for full retail online orders. Please note the product must be unused, unworn and in the original packaging to be returned. Customers returning items are required to cover the cost of shipping.

 

Purchases made through Expert Voice are a final sale and not eligible for return.

We are unable to accept returns for Edge products purchased outside of edgeeyewear.com.
