A slightly wider fit than our standard Kazbek, accomodating wider faces, the Kazbek XL safety glasses with Vapor Shield Clear lenses are designed for all-day comfort, ANSI-rated protection and peace of mind.

The Vapor Shield Clear lens offers 85% light transmission and Vapor Shield anti-fog technology for long-lasting defense against fogging, best for indoor and other low-light conditions, along with hot, cold and humid environments.

The Kazbek XL provides ANSI Z87.1+ compliance, a durable frame and Edge-Flex temples for a tailored fit. Anti-slip details on the nose pads and temples offer non-slip performance and the shatter-resistant lenses block 100% of UVA, UVB and UVC radiation.

What is Edge-Flex™?
Frames that feature Edge-Flex™ offer a tailored, custom-like fit. This technology employs a floating thermoplastic rubber (TPR) element in the temples that provides comfort-improving compliance. Edge-Flex™ can stop pinching behind the ears, while simultaneously limiting slipping and reducing overall weight.

What is TPR?
Thermoplastic rubber (TPR) is a compound that becomes tacky when exposed to moisture. It's utilized in the Kazbek XL's nosepiece and temples to limit slipping and improve comfort.

What is Vapor Shield?
Vapor Shield is the name of our anti-fog technology. It resists fogging in hot, cold and humid conditions, and outlasts other anti-fog coatings.

Vapor Shield Anti-Fog

Our standard anti-fog technology performs in even the coldest, hottest or most humid environments. Unlike other anti-fogs, Vapor Shield is infused into the lens, ensuring a long-lasting and durable solution to stop the buildup of fog-causing water vapor.
