Description

A longtime Edge classic, the Brazeau with Vapor Shield Smoke lenses are designed for all-day comfort, anti-fog performance, ANSI-rated protection and peace of mind.

The Vapor Shield Smoke lens provides an ideal all-around tint for bright conditions and defends against fogging with our semi-permanent anti-fog technology, making it best for bright, clear conditions and hot, cold or humid environments.

The Brazeau offers ANSI Z87.1+ protection, an integrated brow guard to keep airborne debris out and a wraparound design for complete peripheral impact and glare defense. Anti-slip nose pads help keep the Brazeau secure when the going gets tough and nylon temple pieces slide comfortably under hard hats or caps.

FAQs

Are these safety rated?
Yes, the Brazeau is rated to ANSI's Z87.1+ safety standards in an independent lab.

What is an integrated brow guard?
An integrated brow guard is designed into the top of the frame to help keep dust, debris and sunlight out of your eyes. By sealing off that upper gap, it boosts protection and cuts down on glare in bright conditions.

What is Vapor Shield?
Vapor Shield is the name of our anti-fog technology. Unlike anti-fog sprays or wipes, Vapor Shield is "baked" into the lens during the manufacturing process. The result is a long-lasting, semi-permanent solution that virtually eliminates fogging.

Features + Technology

Vapor Shield Anti-Fog

Our standard anti-fog technology performs in even the coldest, hottest or most humid environments. Unlike other anti-fogs, Vapor Shield is infused into the lens, ensuring a long-lasting and durable solution to stop the buildup of fog-causing water vapor.

Integrated Brow Guard

An integrated brow guard helps keep airborne debris and sunlight away. This design feature offers more protection from impacts and glare than other styles. Whether you’re on the job or off the clock, our integrated brow guard offers extra peace of mind.

Lightweight Frame

A durable frame constructed from a nylon composite combines lightweight performance with the signature impact resistance Edge is known for. You’ve never had a pair of ANSI Z87+ rated safety glasses that felt so good to wear during your demanding days.

"What stands out to me is the wrap design, very comfortable fit and clarity of the lenses. I bought seven pairs, all for different types of tasks, from house projects, landscaping, driving and workout."
