What is Edge-Flex™?
Frames that feature Edge-Flex™ offer a tailored, custom-like fit. This technology employs a floating thermoplastic rubber (TPR) element in the temples that provides comfort-improving compliance. Edge-Flex™ can stop pinching behind the ears, while simultaneously limiting slipping and reducing overall weight.

What is TPR?
Thermoplastic rubber (TPR) is a compound that becomes tacky when exposed to moisture. It's utilized in the Kazbek XL's nosepiece and temples to limit slipping and improve comfort.

What is Vapor Shield?
Vapor Shield is the name of our anti-fog technology. It resists fogging in hot, cold and humid conditions, and outlasts other anti-fog coatings.

Edge-Flex Temples

By replacing half of the rigid temple material with soft, flexible thermoplastic rubber (TPR), Edge-Flex™ frames gently hug the sides of the head. The result? A custom-like fit that reduces pressure and eliminates annoying pinching behind the ears.

XL Fit

Our extra-large frames fit wider face shapes and provide more comfort than standard safety glasses. If you’ve ever experienced pinching from too-narrow safety glasses, our XL-fit frames can ease the pain and ensure you’re always ready.
