Focusing our view

 It’s hard to believe a new year is set to begin. As we focus our view to next year
and think about what we changed in 2021, we are proud and thankful for the
opportunities to be part of your story because your stories influence our entire
strategy.  
 
There were many changes in 2021 and more will continue next year. These
changes are exciting on one hand and very deliberate on the other. Next year
brings much output from the foundations built this year. We changed the caliber
and quality of our people by enhancing skills and talents with many current
employees and brought in new talent to meet the growing demands of improved
servicing and offerings. We created a new logo, developed a new webpage,
created digital marketing strategies for our B2B and eComm channels, and
improved our partnerships. Our product development team developed new
processes bringing next level products to market more quickly. We created new
technical tools to better understand the safety eyewear market and give you what
you want when you need it. We conducted surveys and listened to what you want
to wear and incorporated these changes into products and servicing you will soon
see. 

 
Through all this change we did not and will not compromise the highest safety
standards.  Edge continues to be a safety glass, whether wearing the Edge
product in the plant, construction site, battlefield, or casting a line in a river or
embarking on backyard projects. Edge pushes the boundaries to make awesome
looking glasses you want to wear with the performance and comfort you demand
at a reasonable price.
