Terms of Service
Orders are to be placed in full boxes of 12 or half boxes of 6 only.
A display may be ordered at no charge if the initial order meets the following minimums listed below. If the order does not meet the minimum amount required for a display, the customer will be billed as listed on the distributor price sheet. If issued at no charge, the display will remain the property of Edge Eyewear, a brand of Wolf Peak International (“WPI”). Upon termination of the business relationship, the display must be returned.
• 10-Unit Display: $350 minimum order
• 16-Unit Display: $350 minimum order
• 32-Unit Display: $500 minimum order
• Base Display: $1,500 minimum order
• 64-Unit Display: $1,500 minimum order
F.O.B. Layton, Utah. Freight is prepaid on orders of $175 net value. Orders that do not meet the prepaid requirements will be charged a twelve-dollar ($12.00) flat rate fee for shipping. Drop ship orders are accepted. Routing is at WPI’s discretion on prepaid orders.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to the price prevailing at the time of shipment.
Payment terms are net 30 days from the ship date on the invoice pending approved credit application. Late payments are subject to 1.5% per month interest. Multiple late payments will result in loss of terms.
Notice of claim for a short shipment must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the order. Price or freight discrepancies, etc., must be made in writing or by fax within 15 days of the invoice date and must include copies of supporting information. WPI’s credit memo must be issued before an invoice deduction will be allowed.
WARRANTY All Edge Eyewear products are backed by a manufacturer warranty up to one year, excluding but not limited to scratched lenses and normal wear and tear.
A defective product return is defined as a product that has failed due to a manufacturer’s defect. The defective product must be returned within one year of product purchase. Returns must be processed using a WPI returned goods authorization number (“RGA”) and issued a return label. Defective product may be exchanged or returned for credit. Abused, discontinued, or worn product may not be returned for credit.
GUARANTEED SALES RETURN
Product may be returned for exchange with an accompanying order that is equal to or greater than the amount being returned. Credit will be issued when the product has been received, inspected, and evaluated for resale. All items are required to be in their original packaging and be in resalable condition (no price tags or stickers). Discontinued items and items with permanent gaskets are not accepted. Clamshell packaging is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact your sales rep with any return issues.
90-DAY NEW CUSTOMER RETURN
A 90-day new customer return is defined as inventory or product that is returned within 90 days of the customer’s first invoice. All product returned must be in original packaging, in resalable condition, without any of the customer’s tags or markings and cannot be a discontinued item. The final approval for meeting these conditions will be determined by WPI upon inspection after the product has been received.
Terms of sale of the merchandise is governed solely by this notice, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the customer’s purchase order. Please contact Edge Eyewear’s customer service department with any questions regarding the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
- “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Sharing you personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Do not track
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
